PRNDI posted this article about the upcoming changes in ME and ATC clocks. After the Sept 30 PRNDI webinar, PRPD will offer two more clock oriented webinars in October with Scott Williams and colleagues. The first will review (with updates) the conference session and later in October we'll report back on what stations have found in preparing for implementation.
