Sarow, Kanzeg Announce Retirements

Roger Sarow, WFAE
Dave Kanzeg, WCPN
Two more long-time public radio figures have announced their impending retirements.  Roger Sarow, President and General Manager of Charlotte's WFAE will be leaving the station in "early 2015". Roger is a currently a member of the NPR board and chaired the PRPD board from 1991-94.

In Cleveland, ideastream Director of Programming David Kanzeg will be stepping down in August.  He has been at the station since 1987 and has shepherded the cross-platform integration of the joint licensee's operation.  He moved to Cleveland from New York where he served as PD for WNYC from 1983-1986.

Both have been very strong advocates for public radio programming and have played significant roles in the development of the system.
